Migration Pack — bring your archive with you.

Send us your last 5 years of agendas, minutes, and packets. We'll bulk-upload them into BoardVoice as public meeting records — tagged by date and meeting type, fully searchable, browsable by year — then run each one through Claude so "find every motion mentioning the road millage" works from day one. Up to 5 years / 100 documents.

$149 one-time

Prefer to do it yourself? Self-serve bulk upload is included free with every BoardVoice plan. Drag a folder of PDFs into the Documents library and tag them yourself — same searchable archive, just your hands on the work.

Companion
ScholarVoice

Meet ScholarVoice

ScholarVoice is our companion platform for K-12 districts that need to hear honestly from their community — built specifically for K-12, not a generic survey tool retrofitted. Anonymous surveys for staff, students, and parents: identity is verified once, then permanently destroyed; only aggregate totals are stored, so no individual response can be traced back to a person. Reports go to administration, and — when the board wants them — directly to trustees as well, the same numbers at the same time. Every survey ships with an AI-generated board report. When a district has a millage on the ballot, the $299 ScholarVoice Millage add-on covers community surveys, impact documents, household calculators, and AI analysis.

The same district that trusts BoardVoice for its board meetings can trust ScholarVoice for its community surveys. Built by the same team. Designed for the same buyer. scholarvoice.app →

Why it works

BoardVoice manages what the board decides. ScholarVoice captures what the community thinks. A district with both products can point to every meeting decision and every community input that shaped it. That's not just compliance. That's the definition of public trust.

$310/year vs. $380 separately — saves $70, covers everything, closes the accountability loop.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a free trial?
Yes — 30 days, no credit card required. Set up your boards, post a meeting, and review the public experience. Before ending a trial, export any records you need to preserve and contact us if you need help with account closure.
What does “unlimited boards” actually mean?
A township running a Township Board plus Planning & Zoning plus a ZBA gets all three under one BoardVoice subscription. A school district running a main board plus a Foundation board gets both. There's no counting and no upgrade pressure when you add a fourth or fifth board. That's the whole point of the new pricing.
How does billing work right now?
BoardVoice is in early access. You can run the trial without entering payment information. Any paid subscription requires your affirmative authorization, and the applicable price and billing period are shown before purchase.
What is ScholarVoice and do I need it?
ScholarVoice is our companion product for K-12 districts that need anonymous community surveys — staff, students, and parents — with aggregate-only reporting and an AI-generated board report on every survey. You don't need it to use BoardVoice. But if you're a school district that runs surveys (climate, satisfaction, millage support), the bundle saves you $70/year. Learn more at scholarvoice.app.
How does this compare with enterprise meeting platforms?
Enterprise systems may include procurement support, integrations, implementation teams, and features designed for large agencies. BoardVoice is intentionally narrower: a published-price meeting and public-record workflow for smaller boards that need to prepare, conduct, document, and publish without a long implementation project.
Why not just use Google Drive and Gmail?
A Drive folder isn't a public meeting record. It's not branded, not searchable for residents, doesn't send subscriber notices, doesn't produce a vote record, doesn't help with open-meetings compliance, and is only as organized as the clerk who maintains it. BoardVoice gives you a permanent, public, branded site so the next clerk inherits a system instead of "where did Sharon keep the files?"
Can I switch plans later?
Plan changes and their timing are confirmed before authorization. During early access, contact support or use any billing control then available in Settings; annual plan changes generally take effect at renewal unless an order states otherwise.
Do you handle document migration from our existing site?
Yes — two ways. On any plan, the Migration Pack add-on ($149 one-time) covers up to 5 years / 100 documents: bulk upload, organized by date and meeting type, with Claude-powered content extraction so the archive is searchable. Bigger jobs (10+ years, multiple boards, scanned paper records) are part of the District tier and we handle them as full onboarding.
Who owns the data? What if BoardVoice ever shuts down?
Your data is yours. Every meeting, agenda, minute, vote, FOIA record, and document is exportable. Active export tools today cover the subscriber list, the activity / audit log, and per-meeting board packets (full agenda + every attachment + minutes, merged into a single PDF). For a complete org-wide archive — meetings + structured data + every document in one bundle — we'll generate and deliver it on request, no questions asked. If we ever sunset the product, your full archive is yours in standard formats. No vendor lock-in.
What does cancellation look like?
You may request cancellation through Settings or support. Before cancellation, export records your organization must preserve. We will confirm the service-end date, export options, and applicable deletion timing as part of the cancellation process.
Does BoardVoice guarantee legal compliance?
No software can determine compliance from timestamps and uploaded records alone. BoardVoice supports notice, agenda, minutes, and records workflows and provides reference material, but your public body remains responsible for its procedures, posting locations, exceptions, retention schedule, and legal review.

Try it free for 30 days.

No credit card. Set up your boards, post a meeting, see the public site. If it doesn't save your clerk hours each month, walk away.
