Re: Resolution 2026-04: Road Millage Renewal
I'd like to address the board regarding the road millage renewal during public comment. Our road on the south end of County Road 411 has needed attention for three seasons running. The culvert near our property line washed out last spring and wasn't repaired until November. If the millage renewal passes, I want to make sure there's a plan to prioritize infrastructure that's been deferred more than two years.

I want to go on record in support of the zoning variance request for 1812 Lakeview Drive. The property has been vacant for six years and any development that brings it back into productive use is good for the neighborhood and the tax base.
